DISCLAIMER:  Overwatch Solutions are an approved organisation, whose assessors are registered with Connexis  Learners are enrolled with Connexis and are assessed by our Connexis registered assessors  Results are reported to NZQA by Connexis and recorded on learners’ New Zealand Record of Achievement (NZROA) ATTENDANCE NUMBERS:  Min 4  Max 8 DURATION:  8 hours PURPOSE: This course includes theory and practical components and includes:  W endorsement - vehicles that run on wheels that aren’t forklifts such as passenger vehicles, tractors, fire engines, trade vehicles or vehicle recovery service vehicles  T endorsement - vehicles that run on self-laying tracks  R endorsement - vehicles that run on rollers The size weight and speed of the vehicle will be relevant to the class of licence you hold. Please bring along your ID - We need to verify the identity of trainees in attendance LEARNING OUTCOMES:  Describe a special-type wheeled vehicle and the legal requirements relating to driving the vehicle on a road  Demonstrate procedures for driving a special-type wheeled vehicle safely and legally on a road  Describe driving procedures and general considerations for driving a special-type wheeled vehicle safely on a road PREREQUISITES:  Hold a minimum of a NZ full Class 1 licence QUALIFICATIONS:  16701 - Demonstrate knowledge and skills for driving on a road for endorsement W (wheels)  16702 - Demonstrate knowledge and skills for driving on a road for endorsement R (rollers)  16703 - Demonstrate knowledge and skills for driving on a road for endorsement T (tracks) COSTS:  All three endorsements: $450 (Ex GST) p/p  Individual endorsement: $250 (Ex GST) p/p Note: Company booked course establishment fees apply:  Less than 2 hrs return travel $150.00/ day  Greater than 2 hrs return travel $300.00/ day  Greater than 4 hrs return travel $1.26/ km
